Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: your name, email, and optionally the company or organization you work with.
• Study activity: which lessons you complete, your self-check results, and notes you save.
• We do not collect payment information (the service is free), and we do not collect or store any protected health information (PHI).

How we use it

• To run your account and save your progress across devices.
• To send account emails (confirm your email, reset your password).
• In aggregate, to understand which organizations and courses our learners come from, so we can improve the tool.

Where your data lives

Accounts and progress are stored with Supabase (database and authentication), hosted in the United States, with access controls so you can only read and change your own data. Account emails are sent through Brevo. We share your information only with these providers, only to operate the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your choices

You can edit your name and email, change your password, or delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and saved progress.

Children

This service is intended for adults pursuing RBT certification and is not directed to children under 16.
